Gilfach is the perfect base to enjoy
beautiful outdoors

The surrounding areas

Ceredigion is one of the least populated counties in Wales, providing 60 miles of spectacular coastline with untouched beaches and miles of uncongested coastal footpaths.

The counties main towns of Cardigan, Lampeter, Aberystwyth and Aberaeron offer an array of activities and plenty of places to eat and drink, many specialising in local Welsh produce.

Away from the towns, visitors come for the walking, wildlife and wilderness of the county, enjoying the dolphin and seabird colonies that can be seen up close from the edges of the headlands.

On the mid-west coast of the county you will find Gilfach, the ideal base for your stay, located between New Quay and Aberaeron on a spectacular cliff top location.
