After we receive the Provisional Booking Form we will contact you as soon as possible so that we can confirm your accommodation.
A £50.00 per week deposit will be needed on the confirmation of your holiday. You will then receive a receipt and invoice showing the balance which is due 28 days before arrival. Regarding Cancellations please see our CANCELLATION PLAN (click to view)

Accommodation Conditions
• Cancellations: To safeguard you against unforseen circumstances we recommend subscribing to our CANCELLATION PLAN
• We are sorry no all male or female parties under the age of 25.
• Equipment: Bungalows and apartments are fully equipped for 2, 4 or 6
persons depending upon your accommodation choice; with the exception
of towels, tea towels and toilet rolls which you should bring with you.
• Colour Television: is provided at no extra cost.
• Electricity: Through coin operated slot meters. (£1)
• Your Pet: May be brought with you at a charge of £15.00 per week, per pet, provided it is kept under control, off beds and furniture and not left unattended.
• Cots: Are available free of charge if required. Please bring your own cot linen and indicate on the booking form.
• SPECIAL DISCOUNT ON TWO WEEK BOOKINGS
• A discount of 10% is given off the price of the second week on consecutive
two week bookings. Prices include VAT at 17.5%
• ACCOMMODATION IS AVAILABLE AFTER 2.00PM SATURDAY.
• All major credit cards accepted.

You will receive a receipt for your deposit showing the balance due for
your holiday. This is payable 28days before arrival.
