Take advantage of the 60 miles of heritage coastline. A half hour stroll on the coastal path from New Quay takes you to the
lookout at Birds Rock. This is the perfect location to observe dolphins and porpoises as well as viewing the most important
seabird breeding area in the county. Alternatively the Cambrian Mountain
National Park offers miles of trails through
this wild and dramatically empty landscape full of lonely peaks and undiscovered
valleys.

The river Dyfi offers the ultimate night
fly-fishing for Sewin, and the river Teifi
rushing down from the Cambrian Mountains is highly stocked with Brown Trout, Sea
Trout and Salmon. Alternatively there is thrilling deep-sea fishing out of Cardigan
Bay where fantastic catches of the finest Tope, Ray and Bass are renowned.
