SEA-SCAPE – 4 & 6 persons luxury
contemporary holiday retreats.
Our New limited number of exclusive holiday retreats offer penthouse lifestyle with stunning vistas across the Bay.
Comprising of modern furnishing throughout to the highest of specifications. Features include: Full fronted glass patio doors opening onto enclosed decked area with patio furniture and
floor lights for evenings under the stars.
Four persons holiday retreats include: Lounge area finished
with modern leather sofas, wall mounted flat screen TV's in lounge/dining area. Modern shower room. Fully fitted kitchen
with integrated appliances.
Six persons detached retreat has en-suite to master bedroom, separate bathroom with bath, two good sizes twin bedrooms,
boot room, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Dining area
has large dining table and chairs for six persons. Lounge area
has leather sofas, glass coffee table and a large flat screen
digital TV.
If you like the outdoors, but like the luxuries in life, we think you
will really appreciate the Seascape holiday retreats at Gilfach.

Detached 3 bedroom holiday retreats ideal for
up to 6 persons.
This popular accommodation consists of one master bedroom
and two twin bedrooms. A large living/dining area with a fully
fitted kitchen. A useful added feature is the spacious inner boot
room ideal for wellies and wet kids/pets!
Studio Apartments & Bijou Cottage ideal for
up to 2 persons.
These apartments boast large patio windows with splendid panoramic views directly out to sea. The kitchen comes fully equipped, with a pull down bed in the living area making the accommodation ideal for couples.
New fitted semi-detached 2 bedroom holiday retreats
ideal for up to 4 persons.
Comprising of modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances (single oven), fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and microwave. Features include flat screen digital TV in living/dining area. There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower
room. The extra touches in these retreats make your holiday experience special.
Semi-detached two bedroom holiday bungalows
ideal for up to 4 persons.
Consisting of two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin. Shower room, plus galley kitchen with oven and good living area. This is basic accommodation at great value.
Bed linen – Duvet and covers are provided but sheets and pillowcases are not. However these can be hired at a charge
of ¬£5.00 for two people, £10.00 for four people and £15.00 for six people. Please indicate your requirements on the booking forms. Please note that Bed linen is included in our gold accommodation.
To bring – Linen unless booked (see above), tea towels, toilet
rolls and grocery etc. Before arrival a grocery booking form will be sent to you so supplies can be ordered and delivered ready for
your arrival.
